Queued is a handy desktop application that allows you to organize and add to your Netflix queue without having to log into your account online.
Before you can enjoy the convenience of never having to log into your Netflix account ever again, you're going to need to install Adobe AIR 1.5 or higher in order for Queued to run properly. This is a relatively painless added step and can be completed quite quickly. Once Adobe AIR is installed, setting up Queued should go smoothly.
Connecting to your Netflix account is a simple and fast process. From there, you'll be logged into Netflix's system and be able to see your current movie queue in short order. Queued offers a search function to help you find new movies to add to your queue. Just like on Netflix, you can organize your queue to your heart's content on Queued. You can even launch available movies right from your desktop to watch immediately. The program can also notify you when Netflix ships your movies to you, as well as when they receive them back.
Unfortunately, Queued's search function is frustratingly inaccurate and unhelpful from time to time. Typing in exact movie titles often does not lead to the search results you might expect. It's not even that there are multiple titles of the same movie available; the program just simply sometimes picks up titles with the name of your movie imbedded into a movie with a longer title. Queued also sometimes requires a restart when it doesn't load your queue properly.
Queued is a great option for users who want to keep track of their Netflix queue directly from their desktop.
